HOAsys comes in two different versions:

> HOAsys Entry, for basic hotel management needs (a single workstation).
> HOAsys Professional, offering greater customisation and a wide range of control, marketing, forecasting and reporting functions, available also on multiple workstations.

Features

Simple and intuitive: thanks to the practical Windows graphic interface, various functions such as check-in and check-out procedures, etc., can be accessed from several points of the programme with a simple click of the mouse.

Flexible: it allows for managing all types of resources such as rooms, apartments and bungalows, each of which can be configured to include varying degrees of detail, ranging from room type (single, double, triple, etc.) to category (standard, superior, etc.) and distinctive feature (view of the sea, with whirlpool tub, etc.).

Rapid: the software was designed and created to function entirely on Windows operating systems and can take full advantage of all the features offered by these systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

Secure: the programme uses a client/server SQL database that ensures reliable management of data in the archives.
