HOAsys2World: interfaces to third party hotel systems

Thanks to the HOAsys 2 World “interface engine,” the hotel’s main systems – i.e. magnetic cards, intelligent room systems, Food & beverage systems, etc. - can be easily interfaced.

Currently, HOAsys is capable of integrating the following:

• EASYMEAL POS System, GP Dati’s POS and Catering system.
• NetBooking, the GP Dati booking engine capable of managing the hotel’s website reservations and distribution on electronic channels such as GDS and IDS, in addition to several national and international portals.
• OnlineConcierge, the GP Dati electronic reception service that allows for sending reservation confirmation emails in .html format directly through HOAsys.
• SALUS® by Airone Informatica, the leading system for managing Wellness Centres and Spas.
• SKY® PAY-TV, one of the most widespread pay-T.V. systems.

• CPH®, the P.S. card transmission system: HOAsys is able to manage the telematic transmission of public safety cards to police headquarters or to the Department of Home Affairs’ Data Elaboration Centre (CED) in Naples, for the qualified provinces.

HOAsys CTI: integration with telephone switchboard

The CTI module allows for integrating services of the telephone switchboard with basic or advanced functions, depending on the version:

• CTI ENTRY: this service allows for automatically charging calls from any telephone switchboard onto the customer’s account.
• CTI ADVANCED: the advanced CTI version can be integrated with SELTA® and other widespread switchboards. It allows for the automatic check-in (activation) and check-out (deactivation) system of the telephone in the guest’s room, in addition to setting wake-up calls, sending messages, entering mini-bar charges on the telephone and charging them to the customer’s account. The module also allows for billing and filing telephone traffic combined with customised print-outs and searches.
