| Booking Allows for managing typical reception operations such as telephone contact, reservation and guest check-in or check-out. Specifically, this includes management of all guest flow monitoring functions, full management of reservations and any price supplements/reductions, entering of charges for services used during guests' stay and printing of various control documents, such as confirmation letters, quotations, statements, etc. |
| Backoffice Allows for monitoring the company's activity and planning recurring operations carried out in the structure. The Backoffice module provides users with the information and tools required for monitoring the company trend, the regularity and correctness of operations and for managing all the company’s activities in a simple, adequate manner (e.g. forecasting the no. of meals for the restaurant, printing the list of resources to be replaced for the housekeeping staff, etc.). |
| Statistics This module provides statistical information on consolidated data concerning production and turnover, and allows for forecasting occupancy, income and turnover. Most of the print-outs can be exported to Microsoft Excel where they can be easily re-elaborated and shared |
