Besides an annual fixed amount, the service fee includes a monthly amount based on the actual number of months of use by the customer: for example, a company with 4 seaside hotels that open 4 months a year and a head office, will pay a 4-month fee for the hotels and a 12-month fee for the head office only.

Fewer users there are, less you pay!

Besides the number of months of use, the fee also depends on the number of users that simultaneously use the system. In this way, the fee is based on the company’s actual economic dimension and number of employees.
For example, a seaside structure comprising 100 rooms and only 3 simultaneous users, will end up paying less than a city-based structure with 80 rooms and 5 simultaneous users.
