The Scrigno Central Reservation System enables you to manage the hotel or group’s reservations using the various channels.
The module is fully integrated with the reservation management’s organisational standards for group hotels and hotel chains and can manage all booking events:
> Direct reservation at the company or hotel call centre
> Reservation through GDS and WEB portals
> B2B and B2C reservation from the company or hotel portal
> Reservation for recurring events such as groups of series and special events, including meetings and incentives.
Scrigno's CRS is designed to manage multi-channel distribution: it can access electronic distribution channels either directly (OTA protocol) or via a switch.
