The Scrigno Customer Database
The Scrigno Customer Database was designed to store all current personal and historical data on Customers, Guests, Companies and Agencies - an important asset for all hotel companies - while making them available in a coherent manner to the company’s core departments.
All the other company systems (both within and outside Scrigno) interface with the Database in order to store and retrieve data.
The data stored in the Database is then logged, profiled and elaborated for use by centralised management systems and peripheral structures through modules dedicated to the various departments, such as:
