Losinj’s eternal spring is now on the Web: www.losinj-hotels.com.

Blending design and the most recent Web trends, it integrates the Scrigno CRS management system used in the group.
The project was created to promote the group’s online offer through actions and messages capable of reaching the group’s diverse targets.

Customer details

Jadranka Hoteli Doo manages 6 hotels and 6 restaurants on the island of Losinj in Croatia. All the structures are located close to the sea and are surrounded by a century-old pinewood.  The 3 and 4-star hotels offer family vacation solutions, in addition to sports offers, wellness packages and locations for public and private events.

The project’s strong points

We have taken full advantage of the Web’s potential to attract the potential tourist and convert his/her visit into sales:

> Presentation of a clear and attractive offer, so that the its diversity and nuances can fully and clearly emerge:

  • Use of dynamic headings to create a stronger emotional impact and to identify the different structures. In particular, a series of 10 numbers on the homepage create a fluid dynamism (like a soft wave), as the automatic mechanism gradually uploads pictures of the structures.
  • The use of presentation texts for every structure that highlight the distinctive features of each.
  • Preview of the picture gallery in the various headings.

> Integration of the Scrigno booking system on every page:

  • A highlighted window on every page allows for selecting the structure for which to make a reservation, the number of adults and children and the dates, after which a complete online booking page (including availability and rates) is accessed. If the user is on the page of a specific structure, he/she can access the booking page of that structure directly.

> Promotion of customer loyalty by inviting him/her to participate in the virtual community, by sending pictures of the holiday and registering to the Facebook page.

> Satellite views from Google maps of the island of Lusinj, travel guide to discover the island’s treasures, possibility of checking weather forecasts for the location.

> The world of Pino, the likeable character that accompanies children in the discovery of the treasures of Mediterranean nature.

> Compatibility with W3C standards.

 

 
 
Software integrated in the website
Integration with the Scrigno CRS booking system
The website is updated directly by the group’s staff in several languages through a Content Management System developed by a hotel-LAB.com partner. This system has a further advantage: It produces suitable URLs to scale the rankings of the first pages viewed on Google and the “user friendly” interface makes it easy to use for daily SEO activities.
