Forecasting consumption, managing the warehouse and analysing results
The Easymeal – Scrigno Economato web combination allows you to manage the amount of single ingredients required for the daily menu and to assess theoretic consumption, in addition to managing relations with suppliers (orders and payment), inventory and consumption relative to these departments (goods entry, goods exit/withdrawal by quantity and value, monitoring of stock).
We have integrated Easymeal into the Scrigno suite to facilitate the Scrigno Monitor management control system in terms of cost monitoring and analysis of department trends.

Facilitating consumption
We have devoted special attention to creating an electronic wallet system (GPMoney) within the hotel circuit and that of partnered companies. This system allows for integrating payment methods of the Food & Beverage department with those used in the rest of the structure, while promoting customers’ propensity for spending.
