Nowadays, through the Scrigno Suite, the Front desk can share data from the booking system (reservations, customer master records, sales and product policies, reports, etc.) and optimise activities involving check-in, transmission of Public Safety and ISTAT (Italian National Institute of Statistics) data sheets, management of in-house customers, check-out, management of outstanding accounts and commissions.
Moreover, the Reception personnel can access the most useful websites (airports, train stations, taxis, Web portals) through quick links on the interface.    

Whenever guests return to the hotel, the receptionists may access real time information on their previous stay (specific requests, special needs, etc.) to better customise the service; in the event of groups, they can also visualise information on their stay in other structures of the group.

Moreover, through this tool employees can easily align their conduct to the indications of the Management Dept., as the booking interface allows for viewing the following:
1) Commercial rates and sales constraints indicated by the Management Dept.
2) Daily service orders.

Confirming reservations and welcoming guests

Thanks to Scrigno, hotel staff can directly send emails confirming the reservation and automatically store these in the suite’s online digital archive, together with the relevant file. In this way, emails can be checked for future reference and, in the event of groups, can be shared by the receptions of the various structures.
OnlineConcierge allows for customising guest reception, by informing guests via email on all the events held in the territory during the course of their stay (these are published in Italian and English by a specialised editing team), as well as on any additional hotel services and offers.
