Scrigno Business Intelligence allows for visualising and consulting all data stored in the central database of the suite developed by GP Dati (master record data, purchases, selections, results of the hotel-customer relationship), thanks to an intuitive and customisable format.

Centralising sales on all channels

Nowadays, reservations do not come from a single channel but follow several different routes:  alongside telephone, fax and walk-in, we now have relationships with tour operators and the Web channel (portals and Internet website). For this reason, we have focused on developing tools included in the Scrigno suite that allow you to manage direct reservations, reservations from GDS and Web portals and business and private customer reservations from the group or hotel’s Web portal.

Moreover, the Web requires specific tools, given that there is no mediation between you and the purchaser and your rates and those of your competitors can be easily compared on this channel. The solutions of the GP net range (Netbooking, Ratemanager, Competitors’ View) satisfy the need for distributing through IDS and GDS, for managing the parity rate relative to all Web portals you appear on and for monitoring competitors.

Promoting the sales process and up-selling

The Scrigno suite enables the booking operator to optimally manage the moment of contact with potential guests, by identifying the customer as a habitual guest of the hotel in order to reserve his/her preferred services, easily accessing any fax or email correspondence between the customer and the hotel prior to the telephone call/visit, suggesting any special offers of the marketing department to the customer in real time, or special events in the area.

Thanks to OnlineConcierge, you may promote additional services to customers by sending, at the moment of reservation, an email illustrating the hotel’s additional services and offers, included amongst other useful information to make his/her stay at the hotel more pleasant (e.g. events held in the city during the customer’s stay, suggestions regarding restaurants and bars, recommended nightlife spots in the area, information on the city's public services).

Facilitating cross-selling

Your structure may sometimes be forced to decline reservation requests. In this event, the best alternative would be to divert such requests onto other structures of the group, or in some way connected to your own structure: Scrigno Cross Selling is the solution we offer. It enables booking operators to immediately check the availability in the area and to directly make a reservation with the other structures.

Regarding groups, Scrigno CRS allows the operator to visualise, besides the availability in the area, pictures and specific information, rates and special offers. In this way, the operator will have all the necessary elements at his/her disposal to answer potential customers’ queries and facilitate the sales process of the different structures of the group.  This module, which is dedicated to reservation centres, also allows for monitoring productivity of call centres and single operators.
