The customerTurin Palace Hotel represents a great history of Turin hospitality. It closed its doors at the end of the Olympic event in 2007 and was subject of a 7 years long restoration worth 20 million euro. The hotel is located in a prestigious building dated back 1850 near Porta Nuova Station.
With 127 rooms all just renovated, a greedy restaurant, a relaxing Spa and comfortable rooms for your business meetings the Turin Palace Hotel offers a unique atmosphere, rich in history and in the most modern amenities, both for leisure travelers and for business ones.
The revival of the Turin Palace Hotel has been entrusted to the Marzot family, which already manages two hotels in Milan, the Hotel Spadari al Duomo and the Duke of York, both successfully managed by GP Dati for years.
The program capable of adapting to all the new needs imposed by the market (direct import of bookings through integration with the channel manager, elaboration and restitution of highly effective data through BI & Sales Analysis module, outsourcing management and maintenance through integration with Hoxell, the web platform for tablets and PCs that improves the guest experience by managing the communication with the guest and the housekeeping and maintenance activities).
